Water
MIDC has constructed a water supply scheme to supply 32 MLD of water to Taloja Industrial Area from Barvi Dam grid, owned by MIDC.
Roads

A dedicated electronic exchange having a provision of 5000 lines has been commissioned by MTNL. The exchange is connected to Mumbai city, facilitates local dialling and provides ISDN connectivity at Taloja MIDC Plot for Sale.

CIDCO has developed a residential and commercial area known as Navi Mumbai, 2 km from Taloja Industrial Area. Plenty of residential and real estate facilities, to suit different income groups, is readily available for sell and rent.
Common Effluent Disposal Facility
A common effluent disposal scheme of 18 MLD capacity, phase I -10 MLD and Phase II - 8 MLD has been undertaken and completed by MIDC in order to make the area eco-friendly. This scheme is being operated as a joint venture between MIDC and Taloja Manufacturer Association and takes care of effluent collection, treatment and disposal. The Common Effluent Treatment Plant has been commissioned in August 2000.
Fire Station
A fire station of 958.80 sq m area has been constructed to handle chemical, petrochemical, textile fires etc near the Industrial Plot for Sale in Taloja MIDC.
Power
A 100 Kv substation has been installed to meet the power supply needs of the Taloja MIDC Industrial Area near Navi Mumbai. Another 220 Kv sub-station is under construction and will be commissioned soon.
Common Facility Centre
Industrial Plot in Taloja MIDC has established a common facility centre that houses a bank, canteen, dispensary, post office, etc to facilitate industrialists, staff and workmen. In addition, MIDC sale in Taloja Navi Mumbai has provided 20 Kiosks to supply essential commodities to the people.
