Industrial Land / Plots for Sale in Chakan Phase 2 MIDC

Temporary water supply scheme: At present 3.00 MLD capacity water supply is made available from existing 120 MLD capacity Pimpri Chinchwad Industrial area water supply scheme.Permanent water supply scheme : MIDC has reserved 12 Cum water storage per year in the Andra dam of Irrigation department.This source is about 18 kms away from the industrial area.Water can be lifted from proposed K.T weir on the Andra river near Talegaon industrial area.The 7.50 MLD capacity water supply is ready for the Talegaon industrial area from which permanent water supply will be made available by laying the gravity main of about 20 km to Chakan industrial area.

12.5 MVA Substation of MSEB is already existing at MIDC Plot for Sale in Chakan Phase 2. The same could be augmented by MSEB to fulfil the power requirement.
