Water
MIDC has already constructed a purification Plant at Addl. Latur Industrial Area having capacity of 18 MLD. The scheme is sourced from the Manjara Dam. Water conveyed through 800 mm dia. P.S.C rising main having length of 4.03 Km and 900 mm dia gravity main having length of 50.26 Km.
Roads
The area is connected internally by multiple lane roads of international standards. The width of the main road is 30 meters and that of internal roads are 20 to 25 meters. The roads are constructed using modern techniques.
Electricity
Two plots P-21 and P-21 have been allotted for 33 KV MSEB Sub-Station and Store. This substation is operational and provides reliable power to the area.
Common Facility Centre
MIDC has established a common facility centre housing a Post Office, Bank and Canteen.
