Industrial Land / Plots for Sale in Nagothane Industrial Area

MIDC has acquired 805.02 Hects. of land for the Develop Industries in Konkan Region.Basic Infrastructure viz. good roads, Water Supply, Strom Water System, Street Lights, are available in this area. In line with the Industrial policy announced by the state Government in 1982 Important infrastructure objects are also planned by the Corporation in this backward area in Konkan Region with main object to promote Industrial growth.
