The area is developed on Alibag-Roha State Highway at distance 10 to 12 K.Mts. from Alibag City. MIDC has provide good quality broad internal as well as access roads to the industrial area.

MIDC has not earmarked Residential Zone for the Industrial area, however residential facilities are easily available in the nearby areas.
Fire Station

MSEB has erected two 500 KVA. i.e. 1 MVA transformers to provide electricity to this area. No separate sub-station is working at present.

There are several, banks both nationalized as well as co-operative banks which have opened their branches in the area. State Bank of India, Bank of India, Bank of Baroda, Bank of Maharashtra, Sangli Bank, Mahad Co-Operative Bank, Alibag Co-Operative Banks, Pen Co-Operative Banks and Raigad District Co-Op. Bank are located in the Alibag city.
Education
MIDC has provided a very high quality infrastructure in this area.
As far as educational facilities are concern the area has some of the best education institutions. The whole area is surrounded by Govt. I.T.I.s, at Alibag, Engineering College at pen, other Degree College at Alibag, as also there are many Medical, Engineering, Architect and Pharmaceutical Colleges located at a distance of only 110 K.m. away from the area at New Mumbai on one side and at Pune on the other side.
Hospitals
MIDC has provided a very high quality infrastructure in this area.
There is one Govt. Hospital at Alibag near by at a distance of 10 to 12 K.M. and in addition there are 10 to 15 pvt. hospitals in the Alibag City at a distance of 10 t0 12 K.M. from the area having modern and well equipped facilities.

MIDC has provided a very high quality infrastructure in this area.
A big recreation center having facilities of gymnasium, swimming pool, club house etc., is being developed in the heart of the Alibag city and will be ready within a couple of years. At present there are only two small Cinema theatres in the city. However Industrialist can enjoy some of the picnic spot within range of 12 Kms like the Alibag sea beaches & Kolaba fort, Murud Janjira fort and seashore located 50 to 55 Kms away.
