Industrial Land / Plots for Sale in Sangameshwar, Ratnagiri

It was proposed that there be at least one industrial area per taluka. Accordingly Dapoli and Sangmeshwar talukas from Ratnagiri district have been selected to be mini industrial areas. A total area of 14.95 hectares was acquired and is now in MIDC's possession.
